Sustainable Business Model
- To design packs inspired by the ecodesign and circular economy paradigm.
- To analyze their own water and carbon footprints.
- To conduct Life Cycle Assessment analysis on one’s pack or product.
- To prepare non-financial statement (Sustainability Report).
- To define its own Common Benefit Lines.
- To develop its own Code of Ethics and Sustainability Manifesto.
- To define audit policies to be operated in the supply chain.
Each individual intervention is struc- tured with respect to the concrete needs of the client company and the specific peculiarities of its business model. For each activity, teams with the most appropriate technical and sci- entific skills are composed, which can integrate internal teams or manage the project independently. For some inter- ventions, Strategy Innovation collabo- rates with other highly qualified scien- tific partners.
